Dear Mr Moses,
I have waited this long to write you, just because I could not believe my eyes. {son’s name} attended your winter camp in Dec-Jan. Since the day he walked back into our house we have had a different child. I have to say I just figured it was not going to last and that he would soon return to his old ways of disrespect and bad attitude.
Today was a 3 month aniversary of his return from your camp, and I am so proud of him because he is the same kid that walked in the door January 10th from returning from your camp. We have had no major problems and he is so respectful to his grandmother now. No major arguments have occurred and best of all, he finally takes responsibility for his actions as well as other things around the house, He is not the perfect child but we do not expect the "perfect child". But our house is a pleasant place to be now of days and I don’t dread coming home from work to find a list of things that {son’s name} has done along with giving his grandmother a hard time for the day. I can’t begin to tell you how much you have made a difference in our lives as a family; things were so bad it was a nightmare almost. Now we have begun to have fun again as a family and of course {son’s name} has gotten so many more privileges that he did not have before. He also went from making D's and F's in school to making all A's and one B. I CANT BELIEVE IT STILL.
Again thank you for whatever it is you did that we could not do at home. You have changed our lives and have most definitely changed the life of a young boy who I thought was heading for trouble and danger. We owe you so much and I hope that you know that all the money in the world could not repay you for what you have done for us. You are a special person and it takes allot to do what it is you do. It’s obvious that you care about not only the kids but also the families... I wish I could give you the biggest hug and thanks and my mom would squeeze you to death.... we appreciate you in every aspect and wish you the best in everything, you will never be forgotten by our family. And I would surely recommend you to anyone ever.........and if ever need be I would surely send my child there again. And it would be worth every penny I have to spend...thank you from the bottom of my heart
{Mother’s Name}
ps. MY thanks to your wife also, at the time she was so helpful over the phone and assured us that everything would be ok...she took the time to give us some insight as to what {son’s name} was going to go thru and put me at ease....
